The Springs‘ new menu features American food influenced by the bounty of the Saratoga region and a passion for simple and delicious food. Diners can start their evening with artisan bread baked daily, crisp calamari, and fresh mixed greens with delicious walnuts and a sherry vinaigrette. Follow these mouthwatering starters with succulent aged sirloin steak with a red wine reduction and garlic butter. The menu boasts numerous exceptional dishes focusing steak, chicken, and fish. The Springs also has outstanding brunch service that features custom omelets, breakfast burritos, and bagels.
|The Springs is a traditional American restaurant located in historic Saratoga Springs, New York. Unfortunately, while the town draws in tourists from across the east cost, the resulting foot traffic during the summer months – track season – does not translate to sales as it is located in the lobby of The Saratoga Hilton.||The busy-season sells itself with hotel guests frequenting the restaurant, but it was CNSLT.us’s responsibility to drive continuous sales year-round. We set out to re-brand the property after past establishments had failed in the same location. The locals needed to understand that while the hotel drove tourists to the restaurant during the season, its amenities, high-quality food and friendly staff was there to serve them, first and foremost.||CNSLT.us aided in creating a new menu, both the specific offerings and design. We kept the brand consistent by using the same underlying design elements and built our messaging around the location highlights: a prix fixe steak dinner high in both quality and value.||Having officially re-opened in December, 2011, The Springs is relatively young and still growing their presence within the community. However, a strategic media buy and pending press release has been driving significant traffic since The Springs website went live – allowing the menu to be viewed, reservations made and specials promoted.
